✷ No matter the project, we will always start with Creative Direction.

✷ Once you book, you can secure your Creative Direction day 10-14 days in advance with a deposit or full payment.

✷ Choose a day that affords you some space, stable Wi-Fi and a couple hours in the first half of the day to connect.

✷ Once you reserve your day, you will receive a welcome packet with everything you need to know, including everything I need from you to ensure a successful time working together!

✷ At the beginning of each phase of our project, you will receive one full day of my undivided dedication to your project.

✷ You’ll have a project schedule to follow ensuring that you’re able to sleep on the work for a day or two to ensure our alignment.

✷ I’ve worked with enough clients to know that outlining your vision for a website is different than any other medium. And this unknown can feel intimidating.

✷ That’s why you can be working on your website copy + content anytime after we start our strategy.

✷ Don’t worry, all packages come with a detailed, step-by-step worksheet and template for you to write your intentional website copy with!

✷ You may wish to book a photoshoot with a photographer after your visual identity (there’s an exclusive guideline for that, too!), but don’t let that hold you up from prepping your other content.

✷ Intention is everything, which is why the visual designs are rooted in the preceding phase of Creative Direction.

✷ All your designs will be presented in beautiful, succinct and clear design rounds leading you to comprehensive Brand Guidelines.

✷ It is my mission to help you make a memorable impact with your new visuals, making clients excited to work with you!

✷ Get ready to see all your hard work come to life through your beaming, new website!

✷ We’ll move through a round (or two) of revisions together, to ensure that you feel as much ownership over these designs as I do.

✷ After all our collaborations, it’s now time to share your refined, intentional brand with the world!

✷ Following our project together, you will have either 15 or 30 days (depending on your package) to email or message me with any questions that you have about the work that I completed for you.

✷ It is my goal to empower you with the skills that you need to manage your brand and/or website on your own, so if you're stuck on how to do something, just ask!

✷ While this support period is designed as an opportunity to ask questions about the work that was already done, you can book me for separate add-ons like additional pages, marketing collateral and more!

✷ For websites, I’ll record a walk-through video of how to edit copy + images, and how to add a new page or section.
